These fruity, frozen treats are a refreshing way to beat the summer heat.

What You Need

  • 24 to 32 fresh (cut up) or frozen (slightly thawed) blueberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 ice cube tray
  • 8 to 16 fresh (cut up) or frozen (slightly thawed) strawberries
  • 16 popsicle sticks

What You Do

  1. Pour the Cranberry Juice Into Tray
Pour the cranberry juice in the cube spaces on the left-hand side of the ice cube tray, filling each cube about three-quarters of the way.
  2. Pour the Grape Juice Into the Tray
Pour the grape juice in the cubes on the right-hand side of the tray, filling each cube about three-quarters of the way.
  3. Add Fruit
Put one to three pieces of fruit in each cube. The strawberries go in the cranberry juice; the blueberries go in the grape juice.
  4. Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer for about an hour.
  5. Insert Popsicle Sticks
Insert one popsicle stick in each cube.
  6. Freeze Again
Return the tray to the freezer for 4-5 hours.
  7. Remove Pops from Tray
Carefully remove each pop by holding the stick and gently moving it back and forth until the ice pops out. You can also try to loosen them by bending the tray a little.fruit pop
