
Lettuce looks a little like the seaweed sea otters love. Use it to wrap up a fun, healthy meal.
What You Need
- 2 oz. rice-stick noodles
- Romaine lettuce
- 3 carrots (grated)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Juice from 1 lime
- Peanut sauce
What You Do
- Cook Noodles
Boil water in a small pot. Remove from heat. Place the noodles in the hot water for 10 minutes to soften, and then drain. - Make Sauce
Mix the fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice together. Pour over the noodles and stir in the grated carrots. - Roll Wraps
Put a stack of the noodle mixture on top of a lettuce leaf. Roll the leaf around the noodles. - Serve Wraps
Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
