- grated Monterey Jack or cheddar cheese
- refried beans
- 2 tortillas
What You Do

STEP 1:
Cover Tortilla with Beans and Cheese
Spread a layer of refried beans onto a tortilla, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge. Cover the beans with a layer of grated cheese. -
STEP 2:
Cut Jack-o’-Lantern Face in Second Tortilla
Have an adult use a knife to cut a jack-o’-lantern face in the other tortilla. Lay the finished face on top of the first tortilla. -
STEP 3:
Bake Quesadilla
Bake in a 350°F oven for about 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.Makes one quesadilla that serves two or three.
