
What You Need
- 2 oz. rice-stick noodles
- Romaine lettuce
- 3 carrots (grated)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Juice from 1 lime
- Peanut sauce
What You Do

STEP 1: COOK NOODLES
Boil water in a small pot. Remove from heat. Place the noodles in the hot water for 10 minutes to soften, and then drain.

STEP 2: MAKE SAUCE
Mix the fish sauce, sugar, and lime juice together. Pour over the noodles and stir in the grated carrots.

STEP 3: ROLL WRAPS
Put a stack of the noodle mixture on top of a lettuce leaf. Roll the leaf around the noodles.

STEP 4: SERVE WRAPS
Serve with peanut sauce for dipping.
