City Animals: Jabba the Toad

By

Sometimes wild animals move in and stay. A woman named Sita Hood kept her old running shoes out on her porch, and a big toad moved in to one of them. Sita named it Jabba the Toad. Jabba would catch flies by day and lounge in the shoe at night. It stayed the whole summer, and even more surprising, it came back after its winter hibernation the next year.
