- white balloons
- cheesecloth
- string
- glow sticks
- black marker
What You Do

STEP 1: Activate glow stick
Activate a glow stick and insert it into a white balloon. Inflate the balloon and tie it closed.

STEP 2: Create a ghost face
With the “knot” pointing up, draw a ghost face on the balloon. Drape cheesecloth over the balloon.

STEP 3: Hang the ghost
Tie a string around the knot and hang the ghost on your front porch or in a tree.
