What You Need
- 2 googly eyes
- 2 sheets of orange felt; 1 sheet of black felt; 1 sheet of white felt
- glue
- black marker
- black pipe cleaner
- hole punch and scissors
- 72″ black shoelace
- 6″ plastic twine
What You Do
- Cut out the shapes.
Use the pattern to cut two tiger shapes out of the orange felt.
Cut the eyes, nose, and teeth out of the black and white felt.
- Place shapes together.
Place the two tiger shapes on top of each other and punch holes as shown on the pattern.
Lace the shoelace through the holes to make the tiger’s body. Tie a knot at the first and last hole.
- Make the mouth.
Bend the pipe cleaner as shown on the pattern. Glue onto the front of the puppet to make the tiger’s mouth.
- Add whiskers.
Glue the pieces of twine above the mouth. Unravel both ends to make the tiger’s whiskers.
- Create the face.
Glue on the eyes, nose, and teeth as shown in the photo.
