Use an old sock or mitten to make a colorful parrot finger puppet.

What You Need

• Yellow construction paper
• Colorful craft feathers
• Craft glue
• 2 googly eyes
• Scissors
• Old sock or mitten

What You Do

1. Make Tail
   Use your finger to push the thumb of your mitten to the inside. Hold the mitten so this part is facing up towards the ceiling. Stick feathers into the hole to make a tail.
2. Make Wings
   Poke feathers into the hand part of the mitten to make wings. You may have to put your hand inside and spread your fingers to stretch out the fabric a little.
3. Add Eyes and Beak
   • Glue craft eyes near the tip of the mitten.
   • Fold a piece of yellow construction paper in half. Cut out a triangle beak at the fold. Glue the beak on the mitten.
