What You Need

• 5 small brads
• Piece of blue or black construction paper
• Glue
• Piece of white paper
• Skeleton pattern
• Photograph of your child’s face
• Scissors

What You Do

1. Download and Print the Pattern
   Download and print the skeleton pattern.
2. Cut Out Body Shapes
   Use the pattern to cut the six body shapes out of the construction paper.
3. Cut Paper Strips
   Cut strips of white paper that are different lengths and widths.
4. Glue Strips
   Glue the strips onto the body shapes to make your skeleton. Start with the backbone. Add ribs. Then add arm and leg bones.
5. Add Photo
   Cut out a picture of your child’s face and glue it onto the head shape.
6. Assemble Skeleton
   Use brads to attach the six body shapes together.
