What You Need
- 5 small brads
- Piece of blue or black construction paper
- Glue
- Piece of white paper
- Skeleton pattern
- Photograph of your child’s face
- Scissors
What You Do
- Download and Print the Pattern
Download and print the skeleton pattern. - Cut Out Body Shapes
Use the pattern to cut the six body shapes out of the construction paper. - Cut Paper Strips
Cut strips of white paper that are different lengths and widths. - Glue Strips
Glue the strips onto the body shapes to make your skeleton. Start with the backbone. Add ribs. Then add arm and leg bones. - Add Photo
Cut out a picture of your child’s face and glue it onto the head shape. - Assemble Skeleton
Use brads to attach the six body shapes together.
