Make a Spiky Fruit Hedgehog

What You Need

  • 1 cantaloupe cut into cubes
  • whole cloves
  • 1 orange
  • 15 oz. can of pineapple chunks
  • pointed toothpicks

What You Do

  • STEP 1: Prepare Orange

    Slice the orange in half. Lay one half cut-side down on a serving plate.

  • STEP 2: Add Fruit “Spikes”

    Poke a toothpick through a cantaloupe cube and a pineapple chunk. Then poke the toothpick into the orange. Repeat until the orange is covered with fruit-filled toothpicks. Remember to leave room for the eyes.

  • STEP 3: Eyes and Nose

    Poke three whole cloves into the orange to make eyes and a nose, as shown.
