Start your day with a home-made breakfast bar made with peanut butter, cereal, honey, fruit, and nuts.
What You Need
- 2 cups cereal
- 1/4 cup dried fruit
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup nuts
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
What You Do
- Melt Butter and Peanut Butter
Melt the butter and peanut butter in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in Remaining Ingredients
Stir in honey. Then stir in dried fruit, nuts, and cereal.
- Place Mixture in Pan
Press mixture into a greased 8” x 8” pan.
- Refrigerate and Cut Bars
Refrigerate until firm. Then cut into bars.
