Turn a toilet paper tube into a feathered friend.
What You Need
- Sheet of brown construction paper
- Scrap of yellow construction paper
- Feathers
- Brown felt (about 8″ x 8″)
- Glue
- 2 googly eyes
- Scissors
- Tape (optional)
- Toilet paper tube
What You Do
- Make the Owl
Glue felt around the toilet paper tube. Cut wing shapes from felt and glue them onto the tube. Glue feathers where desired.
Cut out beak shape from yellow construction paper and glue in place. Glue on googly eyes.
- Make the Tree
In the center of a sheet of brown construction paper, cut an opening for your owl. Then glue or tape the brown construction paper to form a tube.
- Place Owl in Tree
Place owl in the tree opening.
