OFFICIAL CONTEST INFORMATION AND RULES

THE NATIONAL WILDLIFE FEDERATION RANGER RICK FINAL FUR CHALLENGE CONTEST (“the CONTEST) IS SPONSORED AND ADMINISTERED BY NATIONAL WILDLIFE FEDERATION (“NWF”), A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WITH A CHARITABLE MISSION OF UNITING ALL AMERICANS TO ENSURE WILDLIFE THRIVE IN A RAPIDLY CHANGING WORLD WITH ITS PRINCIPLE PLACE OF BUSINESS AT 11100 WILDLIFE CENTER DRIVE, RESTON, VIRGINIA 20190
BY ENTERING THIS COMPETITION, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- WHO IS ELIGIBLE: The CONTEST is open to all U.S. legal residents at least thirteen (13) years of age (“Entrants”), all entrants under the age of 13 will need parental approval before submitting, excluding residents of except employees and Board Members of NWF, their immediate families and individuals living in the same household as such employees and Board Members. NWF reserves the right to verify, in its sole judgment, entrant eligibility.
- CONTEST ENTRY PERIOD: The CONTEST opens at 12:01 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 3/15/21, and closes on April 4, 2021, at 11:59 pm EST. NWF may modify the Contest Entry Period in its sole discretion.
- HOW TO ENTER: During the Contest Entry Period, All Entrants must enter the CONTEST by visiting rangerrick.org/finalfur (“Website”) and follow the instructions to register for the CONTEST, including entering Entrant’s name and contact information (the “Entry”). In the event of a dispute regarding any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized account holder. By submitting an Entry you have accepted the Rules.
- ENTRY INFORMATION: A valid Entry must contain answers to all requested information on the Website. The judges use this information to help them select the winners. Not providing full information may disqualify your Entry by the Judges.
- CONTEST CRITERIA: We are looking for a bracket entry, which the Entrant needs to provide an email address for.
- TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: Entrants must submit a completed bracket using the Woobox system hosted on rangerrick.org. If an Entrant shares a link to the contest with a friend and if their friend enters the original contestant will receive one (1) additional Entry.
- JUDGING: Entries will be judged based on points total compared to the “winning bracket”, Entrants will get points based on Entries that match winning bracket by round. The brackets with the most points will awarded one (1) of the five (5) grand prizes. In the event of a tie between bracket entries, each winner will be assigned a number and the winner will be chosen using a random number generator. All decisions by the Judges will be final and binding.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: Prize winner(s) will be notified via email, U.S. mail, telephone, and/or by overnight courier, using the information provided on the submission form. Prize winner(s) will be required to respond to the notification or the Prize may be forfeited. NWF will not be liable for unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. Decisions by NWF of winner eligibility, notification, and acceptance or disqualification will be final and binding. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Prize winner will be posted on the NWF social media channels, including Facebook and Twitter, as well as on website, and/or through email following winner verification. Potential winner(s) may be required to submit an Affidavit of Eligibility / Release of Liability / Prize Acceptance Form (collectively, the “Affidavit”) within seven (7) business days of attempted notification.
