Say “Happy Spring” to a parent, sibling, or friend when you hang a May Basket on their door.

What You Need

• Sheet of construction paper
• Markers and crayons
• Stickers
• Tape or glue
• 12” ribbon or yarn

What You Do

1. Decorate Paper
   Use the art supplies to decorate the paper with things that you see in the spring.
2. Roll Paper Into a Cone
   Roll the paper into a cone shape. Then glue, tape, or staple it together.
3. Add Handle
   Punch a hold on both the left and right sides (about a half inch from thetop) of the May basket. Thread the ribbon or yarn through each hole and tie to make a handle.
4. Fill With Flowers or Treats and Hang On a Doorknob
